Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs payment, cancellation, and refund conditions for services provided by:

1. General Terms
Payments are processed online in Georgian Lari (GEL) using secure payment systems.
Payment confirms the booking of a session and acceptance of this Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling by Client
The client may cancel or reschedule a session under the following conditions:
More than 24 hours before the scheduled session
The client is entitled to:
a full refund, or
rescheduling the session
Less than 24 hours before the session
The session is considered confirmed and no refund is provided

3. No-show
If the client does not attend the session without prior notice:
the session is considered completed
no refund is issued

4. Cancellation by Provider
If the session is cancelled by the provider:
the client will receive a full refund, or
may reschedule the session

5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed:
using the original payment method
within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment provider and bank

6. Services for Minors
If the session is conducted for a client under 18 years old:
payment must be made by a parent or legal guardian
all cancellation and refund matters are handled by the parent or legal guardian
