These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of psychological services by:

Individual Entrepreneur Daria Frankovskaia, duly registered and operating under the laws of Georgia (Tax Identification Number: 155623170).

By making a payment or using the website, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms.

1. Services
The provider offers psychological services in an online format, including:

• individual psychological consultations
• participation in group formats (psychological groups, club, educational programs)

Services may include:

• reflective dialogue and psychological support
• practical exercises aimed at self-understanding and personal development

Individual sessions typically last 50 minutes, unless otherwise agreed.
The format, duration, and structure of group sessions are defined separately and described in the relevant program.

2. Nature of Services
The services provided are not medical services and do not replace psychiatric or medical treatment.
The client is responsible for their decisions, actions, and well-being during and after participation in the services.

3. Eligibility
Services are provided to:

• adults (18+)
• minors only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian

For clients under 18:

• participation is allowed only with parental consent
• payment must be made by the parent or legal guardian

4. Group Formats
The provider may offer services in group formats, including psychological groups, club activities, and educational programs.
Participation in group formats involves:

• interaction with other participants
• adherence to principles of respect and confidentiality

The provider is not responsible for:

• actions, statements, or behavior of other participants
• the subjective experience of participation in the group

Participation terms, duration, and pricing are specified separately for each program.

5. Payment

• Payments are processed online in Georgian Lari (GEL)
• Payment may be made before or after the session, as agreed
• Payment confirms the booking or participation

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

7. Communication
Communication with clients may take place via:

• email
• messaging platforms (including Telegram)

By initiating communication, the client agrees to the processing of their data through these channels.

8. Confidentiality
All information shared during individual sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
In group formats, full confidentiality cannot be guaranteed due to the presence of other participants.
Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of information shared within the group.

9. Limitation of Liability
The provider is not responsible for:

• decisions made by the client
• indirect or unintended consequences of participation
• outcomes that depend on the client’s level of engagement

The provider is also not responsible for interactions between participants in group formats.

10. Refusal or Termination of Services
The provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

• the client behaves inappropriately
• the request falls outside the provider’s competence
• continuation is not considered beneficial

11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes
The provider may update these Terms at any time.
