The decision to seek professional support and choosing the right specialist can feel like an important and sometimes emotional step. Before our first meeting, we can arrange a free 10–15 minute introductory call, where you can briefly share what brings you here and ask any questions about my experience and approach. This will help us decide together on the most suitable format of work for you.

Flexible format. These sessions may be regular or occasional.

You may come with a specific question — for example, difficulties in relationships, emotional overwhelm, uncertainty about decisions, or a sense of being stuck. Or you may come without a clear request, but with a feeling that something in your life requires attention.

In these sessions, we focus on understanding what is actually happening in your inner and external reality.
We explore:
emotional patterns and reactions
relationships and recurring dynamics
internal conflicts and decision-making processes

The work is based on dialogue and careful observation.
Sometimes I may suggest simple exercises, but the main focus is your experience and how it unfolds.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS WITH ADULTS
Session fee: ₾ 430 / $ 160 / € 140
Each session lasts 50 minutes
Online sessions
These sessions may be irregular.
You may come with a specific concern — for example, your child does not want to go to kindergarten, has difficulty falling asleep, or constantly triggers strong emotional reactions in you, leaving you unsure how to respond or what to do.
In these sessions, we work with your role as a parent. We explore what past experiences you may be bringing into the present, and what dynamics within your family system you become immersed in, and for what purpose.
I invite you to try an experiment: you change something in your behavior and observe the result — how your child responds, what happens within you, and within the family system as a whole.

In my view, this is a supportive and safe format of work that helps avoid unnecessary mistakes. Sometimes parents come to me while already in long-term therapy but need additional consultation specifically focused on parent–child relationships.

JOINT SESSION WITH PARENTS

We begin by getting to know each other and clarifying your concerns.
I collect relevant information about the child’s development and background. I also explain my working approach to both you and your child.
Together, we decide whether and how to continue working, if support is needed.

4 INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS WITH THE CHILD

These sessions are mainly diagnostic, while already having a therapeutic effect.
I work through conversation, play, and projective methods (such as drawing and cards). When necessary, I carry out clinical assessments of cognitive functioning. I may also suggest additional consultation with specialists such as a neurologist, endocrinologist, and/or psychiatrist.

INDIVIDUAL SESSION WITH PARENTS (WITHOUT THE CHILD)

You share your perspective on the child’s development and current situation, and I share my observations. Together, we explore possible directions of work and clarify the roles of both parents and therapist.
We agree on the number of sessions, their frequency, timing, and basic working boundaries.
You may choose to end therapy at any point.
